The ministry's participation and supervision of projects related to the education of Syrian refugees are reflected in the Jordanian response plan to the Syrian crisis. The Cabinet has entrusted the task of requesting financial support from donor organizations and international bodies to assist the government in bearing the burdens of hosting refugees to the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation. An electronic system called "JORISS" has been established for this purpose, allowing interested parties to register and request foreign funding for projects related to Syrian refugees and the host communities. Approval from the Cabinet is required to obtain foreign financing for implementing these projects.
